What do I get when I buy a template?
The complete page: index.php, config.php, a lead.php form handler, privacy policy and terms pages, an images folder, a pre-configured .htaccess and a README with setup instructions.
Do I need WordPress or a page builder?
No. The templates are plain PHP, CSS and JavaScript with no CMS, no database and no framework. They run on PHP 7.4+ on standard shared hosting such as SiteGround, Hostinger or Namecheap.
How do leads reach me?
The estimate form emails each lead to the address in config.php, with Reply-To set to the homeowner so you can reply straight away. It uses PHP mail() by default, and the README explains how to switch to SMTP for more reliable delivery.
Can I track conversions from Google and Facebook ads?
Yes. Paste your Meta Pixel ID and GA4 Measurement ID into config.php and a Lead event fires automatically on every successful form submission.
How long does setup take?
The quick setup takes about five minutes: edit config.php with your business details, add your photos, upload the files and send a test lead. Swapping in your own project photos for the gallery takes a little longer.
